The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) requires us to provide Toxic Substance Control Act (TSCA) Certification signed by the importer of the chemical substance. Ebba Biotech considers that, for shipping our products to the United States, the following paragraph applies: 40 CFR Ch. I §720.36 - Exemption for research and development; since the chemical substance is imported only in small quantities solely for research and development purposes. Therefore, we recommend that the receiver of goods provides a Negative Certification Statement upon importing our substance. A pre-filled Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Form will be provided together with our order confirmation.
The order cannot be shipped until the signature of receiver is provided to us on the filled TSCA Form. A PDF template of a blank TSCA Form can also be downloaded here.
