How can I place an order?

You can place an order in three ways at Ebba Biotech:

Email: Send an email to info@ebbabiotech.com letting us know which product you are interested in and we will provide you with a quote and any additional information we need.
Purchase order: You can provide us with a purchase order containing all relevant information regarding the products and your organisation.
Online store: You can use our online store to easily choose which Ebba Biotech product you would like to purchase and pay for it there. Follow this link and choose the product family of interest to explore our available products and place your order.

It is important for us that you accept our Terms & Conditions. We will send you an Order Confirmation in which we state our terms, shipping cost and other fees if applicable.

Do I need any special tools or workflow to use optotracers?

Working with our optotracers Amytracker, EbbaBiolight, and Carbotrace is very simple: you only need a way to measure fluorescence. The optotracers fluoresce on their own when binding to their targets, no need for washing or secondary antibodies. Just incubate your sample, and you are ready to go!

How long can I store the optotracers?

All our products are best stored at 4°C, in a light blocking box, for up to a year after opening. Evaporation might become evident if the vials are opened often - if that is a concern, we recommend our DMSO formulation.

Shipping costs, order handling & duties

All duties and taxes are to be paid by the recipient of the shipment. Shipping costs according to the table below will be added to your invoice. Large orders and/or individual countries not listed below may have increased freight costs. We reserve the right to charge a Handling Fee of 20 EUR when shipping is requested via a specified carrier.Costs are in EUR and will be converted to other currencies depending on the daily exchange rate.

*For shipment to the United States:
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) requires us to provide Toxic Substance Control Act (TSCA) Certification signed by the importer of the chemical substance. Ebba Biotech considers that, for shipping our products to the United States, the following paragraph applies: 40 CFR Ch. I §720.36 - Exemption for research and development; since the chemical substance is imported only in small quantities solely for research and development purposes. Therefore, Ebba Biotech recommends that the receiver of goods provides a Negative Certification Statement upon importing our substance. A pre-filled Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Form will be provided together with our order confirmation. However, the ordered product cannot be shipped until the signature of receiver is provided to us on the filled TSCA Form. A PDF template of a blank TSCA Form can also be downloaded here.

TSCA Certificate - For shipment to the United States

Will I receive an Order Confirmation?

When you order through our website, you will receive a note stating that we have received your Order and that we will process it ASAP. When we have reviewed your Order, you will receive an Order Confirmation by mail stating costs as well as an estimated shipping date. You will receive a Shipping Notification together with a tracking code when we have shipped your order.

Can I order via Purchase Order?

You can order with us via Purchase Order. It is important for us that you accept our Terms & Conditions. We will send you an Order Confirmation in which we state our terms, shipping cost and other fees if applicable.

Can I pay via invoice?

You can pay via invoice if you order from us via our webshop. Just select the payment method "invoice" at checkout. Don't forget to let us know your billing address or we will send your invoice with your order. The invoice is payable 30 days after invoice date. In our webshop, payment is also possible via paypal or credit card. If you order by Purchase Order or Email, invoice and payment through wire transfer is the only possible payment option.
