Leon Smyth about Amytracker 520 Solid
We have used AmyTracker-520 for tissue staining, pulse-chase experiments to define plaque growth, and intravital imaging and it is excellent for all these applications. It is particularly useful having a range of colors to choose from for compatibility with microscope filters and transgenic reporters for intravital applications.
